In my experience, Christian and Stefan are very thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about their practice. They always come to each session with a strong sense of what they want to accomplish that day. But they do this while also remaining attentive and attuned to my immediate needs, reactions, and responses (both verbal and physical). I've been dealing with fairly severe chronic neck, shoulder, and arm pain for more than a decade, and I've seen more than my fair share of doctors, physiotherapists, pain specialists, massage therapists, and other health practitioners. I return to this place because they are serious about their work, because they are genuinely invested in the outcome of my rehabilitation, and most importantly because their treatments produce results.

If you go for deep tissue, expect some discomfort but a whole lot of help and healing. I HIGHLY recommend Stefan. I have had accident-related injuries and he played a key role in getting me back to being pain-free.

I had found him through his previous employer after my original massage therapist couldn't make an appointment and they had booked me with Christian instead. That was a special day, as wonderful as my previous therapist was, Christian had given me the best massage of my life. From that moment on Christian is the only person I will go to, he is incredibly professional and his ability to find exactly what you are looking for is astounding. I have followed him to this new venture and am happy to continue seeing him. His technique, calming voice and attention to problem areas is out of this world. Everyone deserves to see him at least once in their life, I couldn't be happier to leave a review!
