★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this apartment building is managed by a landlord who can't communicate without yelling, and takes any fabricated story from his so called ' security ' who has anger issues , manipulates tenants into giving him $ , smokes .. lures at ppl , allowed ppl in the building on my behalf ( then lies about it ) makes women feel creepy. It's got potential if it had management who didn't intimidate vulnerable people who are concerned about being evicted. The landlord who threatens eviction verbally when he is frustrated.. then sucks up . Hugs :-( Oh and don't raise your concern about ' security ' as you will be yelled at again!

Places loudest tenants on top floor. I swear it sounds like a bowling alley above me .. crazy making.
Repairs are not done and the street ppl are yelling half the night.
