Such a valuable tool in shortlisting potential employees, giving us a great indicator of the person before we even contact them for an interview. It has been a wonderful tool in managing our staff better based on their individual personalities and how they fit into out team. We have previously used other systems but this is by far the best and provides the best indicators and information. The support is amazing as well.

It also provides insights into interview questions that may need to be asked in relation to their scores which can be quite handy. There are limitations but would highly recommend this product.
