He was very fun, kind, and made me feel comfortable. I was able to do a variety of poses and just had fun with it! Can’t wait to see how my photos turned out!!!

Session fee was reasonable at $40 but was rushed at less than 10 mins, rep did not provide package prices upfront (also not available online) when I asked about pricing, the rep said they started at $90, which was a lie, lowest package for grads with more than 1 pose was $215 and $300 just for a CD with your 12 pose session. This company is extremely unethical, and their con artist employees extort grads and their families. I've attached pricing pictures below. In the paperwork for the photo session they say that they will hold on to your photos for two years, and then less than a month later they'll spam you with emails threatening to delete your photos unless you order prints immediately. Just disgusting behavior and awful customer service. Had no choice but to order photos from these con artists or have no grad photos at all, when the photos arrived the quality was awful and the poses were laughable. Just look at the Google reviews, this is not a company that you want to do business with. Avoid at all costs!
D	Dana Holmes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter's high school graduation photos were so disappointing. The poses could not be more unflattering and unnatural looking. In most of her headshots, her chin is down which lost her neck and created a double chin that she doesn't naturally have. Who would think a teenaged girl would like that!?! No attention was paid to hair falling too far forward and partially covering her eyes. With the proofs, they made the choice to provided some poses in colour and some in black and white. I would like to have been able to make that choice myself. Regardless, there are only 2 or 3 of 17 proofs that I would consider ordering. I tried to book a re-take, but the availability was very limited, so I'm now looking for a private graduation photographer. CBE really should reconsider using this company for future graduation photos.
S	S OR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really a terrible service. I ordered grad photos in the package that came with digital proofs. Packages only offers digital proofs on a CD, which no one uses anymore. So I tried calling to ask if I could get a USB or perhaps download the proofs from somewhere so I can send digital copies to friends and family outside of the country. First of all, the "support" line was nearly impossible to get through. Automated "options" in an endless loop that led nowhere. When I finally managed to speak to a human, I asked if they could perhaps send the photos or make them available to download, or send a USB - and the only answer was that "this is not something we offer". While they did admit that they know no one uses CDs anymore, they were not willing to provide more up to date alternatives or even help. After all my complaints, Lifetouch actually did manage to send me a USB with digital photos to easily access. Thank you! I wish it weren't necessary to complain to that extent to get what you need, but I really do appreciate that they made it happen! The photos looked great, so I'm good now, thank you!

They just kept asking me to phone other numbers and repeat my question over and over again. When I called them at three o’clock, their office hours were already closed. A total rip off. I wonder why is this the only grad photo studio for all high schools.

Kids grad pictures are nothing to write home about, low quality, over priced and nothing is user friendly. I cant even go into shop as it says temporary closed . Why do i need to accounts for each of my kids? I am still the one ordering and paying. Why is my one daughter have a black an white photo id like in color an no option to change. Only 5 photos and 3 are the same pose just closer and back further. And what good is a coupon you cant use?

You pay upfront for 40 bucks session and give you a zero option because the packages is just ridiculously gonna cost a parents or student and arm and leg is beyond too pricey! You guy's can't be so greedy this much if creating memories is part of the job! It's a money grabbed motto you guys does! It's heartbreaking the cost of packages is not reasonably affordable for parents to have as a sovenier! No wonder you guy's are fraudulent and bad reviews! The school shouldn't be supporting this company at all and it begins how you're reviews say it all!
0	00 7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a zero if I could. I have emailed, phoned and tried chatting and got no response at all. My son's grad photos are horrible. The background literally has HOLES in it and creases. There was no mirror available to check if their gown and sash were straight and they just took photos with them being crooked. As a professional who takes photos with the cap on first and then without? They didn't even tell my son his hair was messed up from the cap. I want a refund for the session they charged $30 and he was there for less than 10 minutes for a supposedly "professional" photographer this is embarrassing. I take far better photos at home. If you don't care and aren't going to do your best, then get out of the business.
