All the communication with the office staff was clear and precise, a pleasure to talk to. Angelo on-site stopped what he was doing and greeted me with firm handshake. That goes along way with an old school construction worker like myself Would definitely recommend getting your driveway replaced by this company, top notch workmanship. Cheers

We had our driveway done in August. I waited to write the review in case there were any issues. There has not been any, it looks great. Des was amazing, he didn’t pressure you and walked me through the process. The office staff was also very professional and polite and kept you up to date on what was happening. The guys that did the work came and got the job done fast with no mess left behind. We would definitely use them again and recommend Premium Paving!

We have had the best experience with this company. Angelo and his crew go above and beyond with customer service. They did our driveway July 2019 and it was everything we hoped it would be. Even when a property line issue arose with our neighbours Angelo and his crew helped us resolve it with prompt service. I can not begin to express my gratitude for this company and the great people they have on their team. I would highly recommend you use Premier Paving, you won't be disappointed.

Update: It has been 5 months since I started asking them to honor their warranty and fix the issue described below. Nobody ever returned my call or came by as promised. That original issue about the dent/sunken in portion in the center of my drive was never resolved Now, it is Feb 2021 and my entire garage is flooding because the asphalt rises above my garage line and there is a huge dip near my foundation which creates pooling and then the asphalt slopes into the garage contributing even further to the pooling. Highly illegal. Not up to code! Original: I used premium paving to do my residential driveway. They paved it in Sept 2019 and gave me a 2 year warranty. In July 2020, a contractor's pickup truck pulled away off my drive and had dented a hole in the drive. Obviously, the asphalt was still soft or there was an issue. I've called premium paving 5 times! and gotten through to speak with someone 3 times. He refused to give me even a tentative time frame for when someone could come by to take a look and make the repair. I said I understood my needing to be flexible with their timeline, but needed a sense of when they could come by - within two weeks? Within four weeks? Six?! But more importantly, I was asking if they could call me the day of or day before to let me know they'd be coming so I could move the car and be present to see how they repaired it. My biggest concern is they are just going to pour asphalt on top and stamp it which not only may end up looking terrible, but means it doesn't bind and crumbles off in the winter. I dont want to go through the pain trying to get them on the phone again. The man on the phone just kept saying he couldn't let me know when they'd be coming and "if you come home one day and it's done, then we've done it." Which frankly is not acceptable. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or it's JUST cause they don't really stand by the quality of their work, but i would never recommend them to anyone.

I have had to work with many paving companies and to be honest this company was the best company I have ever worked with. They did an amazing job, they were on time, and they did everything to the best possible outcome. This is the best paving company you could get, and trust me if you are thinking of getting work from this company all I can say is do it. Best quality work that you could ever get.

Angelo and his crew showed up as scheduled to pave my driveway. They had removed the old asphalt and graded it for paving.. Unfortunately we had to have the water cutoff replaced which delayed the paving. Premium inspected the driveway and scheduled the work. It had to be graded again due to the cutoff and interlock stone. This was done without any extra charge. The driveway looks fantastic, the sidewalk and surrounding area cleaned up and the crew was polite. Definitely recommend Premium Paving.

Angelo and his crew finished paving today. Couldn't be happier. Very accommodating to work around an awkward schedule and get it completed. Andrew quoted a very competitive price. Close attention to detail to get it right and a few extra things I asked for that were no issue. I know contracting, and materials used were what I was expecting and good quality. Driveway s don't last forever, but this one should be good for a long time. It rained very heavy soon after, and the drainage was perfect. I highly recommend them. Thanks again!

*WORTH THE READ. WILL SAVE YOU $$$* If good customer service and quality workmanship are important to you, RUN! Premium Paving is hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. All of the terrible reviews you'll read are true and the company responses speak for themselves. The cheapest price in town but you get exactly what you pay for... I hired Premium Paving last September to replace my driveway and the job was "Meh" at best. 3 Days after they finished, the new driveway was full of water. I contacted Angelo about the issue and he told me he'd be back in early May to repair it, 7 months later. I suggested adding window wells, as the asphalt was less than an inch from my NEW basement windows and I had grading issues with my old driveway (hence the replacement) but Angelo insisted it wasn't necessary. He showed up this past June and repaved over top of the existing asphalt. Fast forward 48Hrs and the pooling is worse than it was originally, except now one of my basement windows is flooding. (See attached photos) I contacted Angelo twice about the issues. His first response was "It cost me $1500 to repave and you're still unhappy?". I never requested this and said that if the driveway had been done correctly the first time, he wouldn't of had to come back at all. Angelo laughed and advised me to install a window well on my own...interesting. He then suggested that I take a sledgehammer and break a trench in the new driveway to help the water pooling because there was nothing else he could do since "the grading is too difficult". After a brief back and forth, he agreed to come back to take a look. I called him again 2 days later to request a timeline, as I wanted to be there when he arrived but conveniently he had "already gone to the house." Side note: I have security cameras installed, ZERO video evidence of Angelo ever showing up to my house. When I asked what he was going to do to repair the issues, his literal response was "It doesn't matter. One day you'll go to work, you'll come home, it'll be done. You don't need to be there. There's nothing else I can do for the pooling." I told him how unprofessional this was and his response was "There's nothing I can do Chris. It's not a big deal. You'll just have to do deal with it." This was 3 weeks ago and I've called and left Voicemails every day since. He still hasn't shown up. Today, my asphalt is already crumbling and the driveway is filled with loose stones. (See attached photos). I've had 2 other contractors come by to assess the driveway and both have highlighted multiple errors with the grading and drainage and pointed out massive track marks in the shotty asphalt. Correcting these mistakes and fulfilling warranties is part of running a business. There was no issue in taking my money so what gives? Rude, abrasive and condescending is exactly how I'd describe Angelo and the workmanship is garbage. The C+ rating on Better Business Bureau and poor reviews splattered across the internet should speak volumes. Spend the money and hire quality.
