J	J Wish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very deceitful and greasy as possible. They try anything to add costs or fees to anything. Watch for their brokerage fees and final payments you could loose thousands. We had an open mortgage and they tried to force us to sign for more brokers fees. I would only use them for a last resort.

Yes, the rates are higher than going to a regular bank, but there is a reason for that - they are taking a chance on clients that banks will not touch. Premiere can be a great "stepping stone" option to getting into a home, and then eventually qualifying to get a lower rate elsewhere. I track my mortgage clients closely, and have always had positive feedback, as it helped them achieve their goal of homeownership much sooner.

This put her in a vulnerable position with regards to remortgaging her home when the term expired. She had a very bad experience with a different lender whom took gross advantage of her unfortunate situation. After extricating herself from those bandits she was able to obtain a much better and much more equitable arrangement from Premiere. She maintained this mortgage with them for several years (they did not lie, steal, cheat or nickel and dime her like the previous lender had) they were forthright, honest and completely transparent, helping her to navigate the time it took to repair her credit and move to a more traditional mortgage situation. We are both very grateful to Premiere Mortgage, they allowed for her to get through a very difficult time without being exploited. If your credit isn't perfect and you need help without being taken advantage of Premiere is the company to call. Thanks again!!!
