★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a house from them. At the 1 year warranty/issue identification timing an issue with a poor quality driveway was identified. Given the run around for 2 years. They indicated they would honor a settlement on replacement value and then disappeared. Driveway continues to disintegrate while empty promises to deliver a cheque are offered. Houses they build seem good, but if you have a problem, good luck getting it dealt with.
