Predator Ridge Resort

Course was in great shape so early in the season.....looking forward to returning soon.

Our suite at the Predator Ridge Lodge was everything and more. The luxurious bathroom (with large jacuzzi tube, a walk-in shower, bath robes and generous amounts of lavender shampoo and conditioner), a very well stocked kitchen, a living room with balcony and a fireplace and very comfortable bed and pillows are just some of the amenities that made our stay memorable. Predator Ridges biggest asset? The staff! And, the texting system to the front desk that brought a quick response to my requests for salt and tea. Also, another asset is the natural beauty that surrounds the resort. Two days was not enough. I will be back.

As a homeowner, staffing in the fitness centre is questionable. One individual in particular is rude and prevents me from going to this gym.

This gold resort is a massive self contained mix of golf courses, lodge, fitness, and residential. The place is self contained and has all the amenities that are required for an extended stay. Even the rooms at the lodge are spacious and have fully furnished kitchens and dining. If you are looking to skip the cooking there are two restaurants although one was under renovations while we were there. The one we went to served fantastic food and had a great view of the golf course.

Great service from Kanwar tonight for dinner. Witty, kind and service with a smile! The meal, drinks and desserts were delicious.

Fun courses to play. Terrific staff and amenities on the course. Will definitely be staying at the Predator Ridge resort, instead of nearby, next time.

I was extremely excited to bring my golf industry business partners to Predator Ridge for the first time. Check in with scott (short, middle aged, bad hair) left something to be desired. The blank stare he gave us while we waited to be called to the counter was just the beginning. He made us feel unwelcome in the golf shop. When I inquired about a discounted rate for our CPGA Pro he said that had to be arranged before the round, fair enough. I asked if it could be done right now, he said we had to speak to the Director of Golf. Naturally, I asked if the Director of Golf was in and scott said: ‘no, he’s in later’. Ok, we’ll put that to bed, no problem. I also asked about my gift card that was waiting for me in the pro shop (I had previously called to ensure it was in fact there). I politely asked scott to search my name in the computer to which he said: ‘we don’t do gift certificates in the computer.’ Ok fine, I don’t know what system you use, help me out here, It’s my first time on property; maybe check in the drawer below the keyboard for it??? Alas, it was there; point being don’t make me feel like an a hole for asking to use my gift card. The entire check in left us baffled as to why we were treated so poorly when we had just paid $708 for three green fees. We found ourselves talking about scott well into the back 9 and even on the car ride home. For us, this was the most off putting start to our day. Don’t get me wrong, the golf and EVERYONE else we encountered was fabulous including marshalls, beverage service, restaurant attendees, and even the young woman in the golf shop post round when we went back in there to buy some merch (yes, I gave them more of my money). I probably sound like an unhinged person but I care about service and first impressions and this was the most I’ve paid for a round of golf in my entire life. I expect a smile and a friendly greeting. It’s a shame the first person who dealt with us was scott. Everything else was 5 stars, including my golf game.

We had such a great stay. Stayed in a 3 bedroom house. Lots of room for 5 people. We experienced as much as possible at the resort including skating, hiking, golf simulator, fitness centre, etc. Can't wait to come back during golf season.
