Hahahahahaaaaa!!!! and here I though I was the only one who was made to wait! I think I must have got lucky with only three months.. Mind you, in that time period they built a table for a guy who ordered AFTER I did. He got his delivered then they had enough money to start building mine I guess. My table broke down at least once a month for nearly three years. It broke down so much that I became quite intimate with it and I now know it forwards and backwards! I even had to redesign an replace a "high school electronics project" circuit board that fried when the controllers' PC power supply exploded! you should have seen the smoke cloud in the room.. Haven't had an issue since but I knock on wood. I have had to touch every single thing on this machine to get it to stop breaking down. I lost a servo drive, a mother board and hard drive, the power supply to said MB&HDD. the controller board also. The Variable frequency drive that they installed as new and which was in fact a used and warranty repair finally broke down (for the second and final time) and I had to replace that with a new emerson VFD. No issues since. Within the VFD cct. I also lost the resistor for the dynamic braking circuit. Came into a room full of smoke but much denser than the room full of smoke described above on the faulty power supply. Scared the hell out of me... panicking to find the source of the smoke and to no avail.... until all was shut down and a deeper inspection undertaken. What else can I say about my experience?? Yeah.. Dick the Richard.... Never a straight answer.... His cohort Robert.. not much better but likes to play sides... I don't know.. It wasn't a fun experience for me.. I'm fairly certain that there are mechanical installation errors that were made with the rack and pinion drive assemblies as this table will not hold tolerances and the way it is assembled also reminds me of a high school metal work project "fudge to get it going " build. This is my next issue to address. Once I have this last issue addressed it might actually be a table worth its salt.. but the way it was sold to me.. Not so Much! beware. BE WARY. RL, Thanks for all your help. Appreciated it. I learned a great deal from you. Thanks again Man, but the table still has issues.. and they piss me off every single time I use the GD thing. DICK how couldyou be so unconcious about a product that you are selling to people..? Hows your bank account? Good I hope.. full of cash from people you jacked? Douchebag.

One star is too much for the Richard "Dick" Shannon and Precix. The company is a sham and routinely rips other companies and individuals off. They have a pattern now of taking a deposit and taking six months to two years to deliver a machine, and usually is it riddled with problems. Do your internet homework on this company. They are "horrible" and should be ashamed at the fact they continue to steal from people. I have heard they were sued and lost repeatedly by companies. I doubt they will survive much longer. Beware... if you are buying a machine from any company in Surrey British Columbia, it could be them or a front company acting on their behalf. The reason they advertise a low price is because they sell cheap equipment that doesn't work. Again... do your homework and look out for Richard "DICK" Shannon. He's a true conman in every sense of the word.

I have owned a Precix since 2004. The machine has been a workhorse for us. Knock on wood! It has had a few things wear out but they have always shipped out parts or had them refurbished by technicians in a timely manner.

I bought used 10 years old 4x8’ Precix CNC router with an automatic tool changer. We currently cut gables and shelves out from melamine sheets, the machine is good and still working without problems. We asked Noah Keevar from Precix for help to figure out how to address our new production needs and he has been very helpful with the customer support. I recommend Noah Keevar if you are thinking about getting a CNC.

I've had a Precix 5x10 machine for 14 years (It was 7 years old when I bought it.) It was the most reliable employee at my shop, I took this twenty one year old machine out of service a couple years back after a move. The power supply had finally given up the ghost so I found a replacement. Turns out I must've blown a board do to carelessness...no worries though as Noah the "Man" has gotten me back up and running. (Even though the machine is WAY out of warranty.) Thanks again Precix for the support and a very special thanks to Noah Keever a great Technician with a big heart! We'll see if I can get another 20 years out of this machine.

I have been a customer since 2008, my machine has run through the creation, development and evolution of all my work. The customer service has always been readily available and very professional. I've had their great help on all issues that have come my way. I appreciate having this company as an ally to my business. Richard Shannon and Noah Keever are the great people that make the company shine ! I give a BIG UP to them and recommend to any one to buy one of their systems !

My husband and I are completely blown away by Precix. Noah has gone above and beyond in order to help us. He not only fixed our computer router but, spent countless hours on the phone with my husband until they had it working. Noah had to not only trouble shoot the computer but, spent time tirelessly helping my husband over FaceTime .I give Noah 6 out of 5 because I will be forever grateful for his time and, patience with my husband. I would also like to add my high praise and appreciation to Noah Keever. I purchased the Precix 5200 almost 20 years ago and had it upgraded to servo motors and an upgraded controller. Over the past few issues I have had over the years, Noah has always been there to assist me with trouble shooting and in the past, over time, Noah has been able to get it working. This past effort with Noah has definitely put him over the top with service. I can not say enough about Noah's service which is far AND ABOVE what service is usually delivered these days. I only wish I could have a staff member who would provide my company the service I have received from Noah. My machine and technology are still 20 years old and he was able to source the parts I required and then spent countless hours of his own time to help me trouble shoot it until it worked flawlessly. I told Noah I have a particular program which runs a series of 3200 holes over a 4 foot by 4 foot space and I can run the program numerous times and it continues to drill the holes in the exact same spots over the exact same board. I am truly grateful to Noah for all the help I received and truly believe I would not have a working machine without him. I too would give Noah a 6 out of 5 rating for service.

Precix Engraver series was our introduction to CNC machines.I loved the ease of use interface and reliable QNX platform it was running. The machine wΓ‘s a work-horse did pretty much all Routing work from Engraving, 2.5D Carving and Profile Cutting.Porter Delta Routing Head was noisy but did the money's worth.I heard their latest products are Running on Mach-3 and with good Spindle options ,I am looking forward to see their new and exciting products.I believe for my budget what Precix offered was a great solution.
