β β β β β DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Very painful to deal with. Warranty on their products are only if you disassemble yourself at your cost and return back to them( at your cost). Still waiting to see if its even covered on our light system that hasn't worked since we had it installed. Extremely disappointed

β β β β β Our company recently bought our second new 120' truck scale from Precision Scale. The install crew were fantastic and scale quality excellent. Previous service experiences with our old (non-Precision) scale were all great. Positive experiences with everyone at Precision. Cheers.

β β β β β If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a small, not too expensive, commercial scale for home use. Within four months, the batteries had leaked all over the unit interior and the scale bed fell off. I was told it was one of their "lower-end" units, though not sure what difference that should make as it was for home, not business, use. If it's junk, why sell it? As it was just out of warranty, they refused to deal with it and were quite unfriendly, not to mention they took far too long to respond. I would never recommend or purchase from this company again, nor from any Alberta company after this experience. The scales come from China, might as well order directly for 1/10th of the cost, rather than deal with such people.
