They got right to it. The year prior I had a really bad experience with another company. They were letting their hoses go into my garden bed destroying some of my flowers and just did an overall poor job. Any time I looked to see how things were going with Precision, I could tell they really cared about my property and their delivery of service. Thanks again guys! You are my new go to company for any cleaning services.

Michelle was very friendly, straightforward, and a pleasure to communicate with. Later, a two-person crew arrived right on schedule and worked cheerfully. Precision Services power washed our 2-storey Vancouver home. Dark, exterior siding that showed absolutely every grain of dust and dirt is now totally clean. We used their services for post construction window cleaning, frame detail, pressure washing and buffing up our polished stainless steel. Michelle did a walk around of our commercial building with us and explained and educated us on each process she will be completing to give us the best results for each of the services we required. She provided a detailed contract which I've never gotten from any other companies I've used in the past. Her crew was respectful and professional and they delivered their promises in the time required. Precision will be our go to exterior building cleaning company.
