★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic experience with Precision. I had spent 2 hours at 6 other locations trying to find a small, niche, part and screw needed to repair my automatic door closer. I went to precision, showed them the part I was looking for and they had me in and out within 5 minutes. I was quoted from other locations $70-90 for replacement kits, and precision got me the exact part I needed for a few cents. Cheers to Kevin for all the help. Anything door related they will be my first stop!

Called for a quote on a new door and met the tech at my store. 10 minutes later he handed me a quote twice the price of the other 2 I received for similar doors. they add a new opener on their quote (I didn't need one) so I asked him to remove it and he said it only takes $200 off the quote they were still 2K higher than the competition. THEN he tells me he's going to charge me $131.25 for the quote. I inform him that no one at dispatch mentioned a fee and that I had 2 other companies quote the job for free. He said sorry they should have told you and I declined to pay. Fast forward a week and I get a bill in the mail for 161.25. I called the number and was told they would not waive the fee. I asked to speak to a manger and I was hung up on.
This is not a reputable company in my books and if you do your research on product in price you'll never chose them so avoid the call in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I can't say much about the company itself (that's my husband's department), I can say that calling and paying our bills with them is always a great experience. Bobbi is always pleasant and cheerful on the phone, and she was more than willing to make all changes to our account when asked. It's nice to call a place and get such good service.
