The team works to understand the project and what the buyer wants and envisions, and then takes the time to review and explain the finer details and ensure the homeowner is confident in the products they are receiving.
As a designer, it is extremely helpful to work with a company that is able to make the process of ordering windows easy and streamlined. The finished products are beautiful, well-built, stand up to the Saskatchewan climate and there are tons of options to choose from for every type of home.
I highly recommend Durabuilt to all my clients as I know that we will be well taken care of at every stage, from quoting through to delivery and service.

I find that the sales staff are very patient, are thorough and make sure we, the customer, get what we need. No detail is missed. We are notified when the product is ready to ship and the sales department follows up with the shipping department to be sure the address is correct and the timing suits our needs.
All in all, a very efficient, dependable and pleasant company to work with.
