The line to get out is often very long and when you get to the machine to exit you are forced to pay more, because you have spent more time in the lot just trying to get out. Also there is never anyone to help you. Just parked there paid $25.00, took an hour to exit because of some technical problem they were having...again, and then had to pay an extra $10.00 to open the gate. NO ONE AROUND TO HELP, NO ONE ANSWERED THE INTERCOM. STAY AWAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to park if you are planning to take the ferry to the central Islands, we parked around 1PM, and came back at about 8PM to pick up the car, I was thinking it would charge about $35 but to my surprise the chare was $25 CAD, we loved the convenience and pay rate was quite good for the location, highly recommend this place. Fully automated and super easy.

So you have to give them your phone number and license plate for them to lift the gate and later charge you..
If they told you this upfront upon entering I would have a little more respect for this establishment. Little deceitful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my go-to parking garage whenever I visit harbourfront for its cheap/reasonable rate. But, I am shocked this time to see that I am charged over $25 for a mear 2-3 hours of parking (on weekend). They just raised the price through the roof, and so did neighboring parking garages it seems. They all colluded to rip you off.
