Precise ParkLink - Yonge and Sheppard Centre

I first want to start by giving a huge middle finger to the CSRs who were on duty tonight. This company is so unprofessional, has no structure and no concept of change management. They literally sent me back a winding one way parking garage to validate my ticket at the "security desk". Of which, there are multiple. When I finally figured out the security desk I needed to be at was at the food court (at the opposite side of where the building to where I was going (LA Fitness) they validated my parking and i thought everything was okay. WRONG~ The machine proceeded to charge me. When I called the help line, they said I was 2 minutes over so I had to pay, when in fact it was their lack of planning that caused a HUGE traffic line up by the exit of the parking garage! I had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get out! When I asked for the CSR's name and ID no. and a number to call customer service, they hung up on me. I called back and requested the info which they REFUSED to disclose. So i asked for the managers name, to which, I received no response, only again to be hung up on and told to pay the fee because I was "late" by 2 minutes. I called back again for the 4th time, only to be held hostage, unless i disclosed my name, number and license plate No. personal information which they claimed they needed to let me out while they wouldn't even give me the name of a manager to speak to. I implore everyone to write all the businesses within the mall to put pressure on this business to make amendments to their policy. It's dumb, tactless, late and toxic. If Precise Parking Link really wanted to validate people's parking, they would have given the validation machine to the businesses, and not to a single security checkpoint, to whom I might add, has no way or actually validating if i am coming from the business in the entire mall that I claim I am coming from. This was clearly done to cause chaos and confusion. The workers have no manners, rude as hell, and I hope this business gets hit with a ransomeware attack or some kind of cyber attack for their dumb moves. From my lips to god's ears.

Dirty! Expensive and machines do not work usually

If there was a way to give negative stars, this place deserves it. The parking support is the worst I’ve ever been in. There are constant traffic jams in the parking lot. Today I validated my card and after being stuck in the traffic jam for over 40 minutes, and I got to the machine to insert the card- it asked for an additional $4. When I clicked the support the disrespectful employee wouldn’t even provide his name, I don’t know which company is so unprofessional that even their employees are free to do whatever they want. This parking garage is run by a company that enjoys complete anarchy. I would try and avoid parking in this nightmare of a garage. I literally saw a mouse also on my way to the car. The garage is also filthy. This company doesn’t know how to run a garage if they depended on it. Smh

If there is a way to give 0 star, I would! The assistance is horrible, making the already bad experience with confusing signs even worse. The arrogant “assistance” literal rolled his eye on me using his voice just because I asked wha color is the exit sign for visitor parking! And of course there is no difference which had led me to a residential exit at first place. Horrible experience, If you are parking for longos. I recommend go to buy what you need at Whole Foods which is just a block away. And that will steer you away from these toxic ppl and their attitude!
