The first thing to remember, is that to them you are just a license plate number and a credit card. They don't care about you, and their system is designed to dehumanize you, and to give the impression that you are dealing with an automated system and to remove all personalization from the experience. Set your expectations accordingly. Second, is that of the four customer service representatives I spoke with, three of them were lovely and were concerned with helping me. The last one was defensive, adversarial, raised her voice and interrupted me, threatened me with collections action, told me to "do my job" (which is apparently to ensure you don't make any errors ever in trying to navigate their byzantine disupute system) and hung up on me. I won't go into the details of my experience but what I will say is this: if your system is designed to make your customers feel like they are not speaking to another person and human being (even if for the understandable reason of protecting your employees) then you can't be surprised when clients do not think they are talking to another person and that the system is purely mechanical. On the other side, if the system encourages your employees to view customers as numbers, cut and dry, and to only reach a stage where they can interact with them under the very worst circumstances, then of course all interactions are going to be negative and you've set up a situation where it's nearly impossible for a positive experience to be had by either party.

Horrible customer service. I would rather walk a long way other than using parking lots from this company. Parked behind Chung Wah Chinese store last Sunday, and got a ticket from them in just about 10 minutes. Simply do not understand why the ticket was issued, so I waited next morning to call for a proof of picture to see if any part of my vehicle was in their lot. A representative picked up my phone. Instead of reviewing my situation and help me with the question, the representative just told me to email for contest, refuses to provide any further guide or information regarding to my case then just hang up.

Do not park with this company. Their customer service is horrendous, and they have completely earned their low reviews online. I applied for a monthly parking pass, only to receive one email I missed, resulting in getting charged for two months of parking I was completely unaware of. Every other company I've parked with makes sure you have picked up your pass, and if you don't, at the very least will try to reach out and find out why/let you know you were approved. Precise takes all of your information in their single online application form, which should have been a red flag. You should only ever have to provide billing information once you are approved, not before. This company is only in business because of the congested parking downtown. You are better off parking with any other company, and I will never use their lots again. I strongly advise anyone I've talked to that has considered using them to run in the other direction in hopes that I can spare others from the nightmare I've gone through.

Horrible experience with this company. My ticket was issued a time ago and when i phoned to dispute they told me it would be dismissed. Months later i get letter saying my ticket was forwarded to collections. The female i spoke to on the phone (in Saskatoon) was incredibly rude and said that no one in this office would have said "ill dismiss your ticket". Back in September i was told by a representative that it would be. Horrible company, also when phoning to leave a complaint, the manager of the office was also very rude and sounded extremely defensive, like i was a criminal. A poor way to run an office, this is not how a business should be run. They will continue to have bad reviews if not worse. They should definitely be investigated. I'm 100% what they are doing is criminal. Why would they be so defensive if what they were doing wasn't a scam? 1. I called cooperate, WHO YOU WORK FOR, and the we'd settled the dispute over the phone. 2. The fact that you want me to play email games with you is exactly the same thing everyone else is complaining about on here. It's ridiculous and designed to screw us over. 3. Instead of accepting responsibility and maybe trying to improve things you just call your customer a liar.

Do Not! park with this company. there machines are outdated and unreliable. went to a movie and used there parking lot when I tried to pay for parking there machine was all distorted and you could not read the machine. next thing I know I'm charged 30 dollars for a 2 hour movie. when I emailed to see if they could help me out I got told there's nothing that can be done and they will not refund me. Horrible customer service and not worth it trust me!

Make sure you don't go over your time at all. 30 min late and a $50 ticket, $35 if you pay with 7 days. I took the maximum amount of time but they only offered 2hrs. If you can't park in the street park at midtown.

I honestly wish I could give a lower than 1 star rating. First off, would like to start by how absolutely abhorred I am by the lack of ANY customer service skills by anyone I have spoken to here. Calling in to inquire about disputing my parking ticket was met with hostility and sarcasm (based on the previous review answers from Precise Parklink they do not recognize this and seem to either immediately defend their employees rash behavior or is ignored entirely). It seemed impossible to have anything dealt with simply based on the fact that 1- I could not not even get a full sentence out without the representative interrupting, and 2- based on the fact that every answer I got was demeaning and rude. Management here should be ashamed by their lack of training in customer service. The whole reason I received a ticket was because on a -47 degree celsius day their meter would not function properly (shocker). I ended up just paying the ticket because it seemed worth it to never have to deal with these clowns. This awful company should be boycotted. And for the record, I would love to have the audio from our phone conversations reviewed.

Paid for a Polytechnic pass through honk, as I have for months. Parked in a lot with a Polytechnic bill board where I have been parking 3 days a week for the last 3 weeks. They ticketed me, confused, I phone to have it figured out. Woman on the phone shouted at me. Nasty people, dirty money, will fight you tooth and nail for it. I had an issue on the past as well where I was ticketed in a similar situation but I had bought a physical ticket for the dash, they were willing to resolve. I took that opportunity to ask questions about other lots associated with Polytechnic to avoid this happening again, still it did. Run your business better. Take better care of your customers. Will not be buying anymore passes, no point if they ticket you anyways, I’ll just walk.
