★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tap my visa in and when I tap out I see I have a 4 dollar parking fee and the machine asks “ok to debit?” I press the only button available on the screen for ok and it charges me $17.5 for lost ticket...!?
Also the worst customer service that I ever experienced. The staff at parking office was reading her book and sees me at door but ignored me first and then talking with poor, and most uncaring attitude. She does not even tried to help and just said “you paid for it, nothing can do” and resume reading her book. Is she just get paid by siting in the room for the whole shift? What’s the point of having this kind of staff on site that even a machine can do a better job?
