After the unexpected loss of my dog, this family called me several times to speak to me through my grief, asked me to come in and select the appropriate urn, and eased my mind by allowing me to see the facility and what they do. Everyone who works here is compassionate and considerate, and I watched as they treated every person who came through like family. I am overwhelmed by the kindness. Thank you Kevin for dedicating your life to helping people like me through a difficult time.

It was a sudden death and it was a terrible time for us all and this place showed no empathy whatsoever for our loss. They have lots of time for us to mourn him in their room but the bathroom is in the kennel part of their building so you have to pass through and see other dogs to get there which is really hard to for me to see with my dog being gone. I paid to see his cremation in person and go behind the scenes which I found unbelievable. The oven is so old and ver unsanitary. The inside is rock which is not easily cleaned so there are leftovers from other dogs and it doesn’t feel right. Then when the process was over they put him in a bag and didn’t let me see it before stuffing it in the urn. The staff were another issue, the man who was performing the cremation didn’t wear professional clothing, he wore dirty sweatpants that hung way too low. The other staff there are very rude, especially the secretary who wasn’t kind at all with what we were going through. When I called back after she made me feel really bad and was quick and it felt like talking to me was the last thing she wanted to deal with. Overall very unprofessional, a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Don’t go here if you want to be shown compassion for your loss. I’m writing this a year late because of how traumatic it was, but I feel like by writing now shows how scarred I am by them.

The staff were more than patient with my clearly distraught self having lost my cat a couple hours earlier. They let me take all the time I needed to say goodbye to my beautiful little girl. This is a company I never wish to need to use again, but would not hesitate to go here in the future should I require this service again. Definitely recommend. Comparable rates, beautiful urn selection, calm viewing room and patient staff solidified my loyalty here for years to come.
