★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my yoga session with a coworker after work! Sundeep was great and attentive to our needs and goals. Great flow and meditation at the end. I needed this. Felt so much relaxation. Can't wait to go back. Love that it's donation based... Such a great feeling and intention. Love this place compared to the hot yoga at GoodLife Fitness Meadowvale which gets way too packed and clique-y. Prayati has a great feel to it. Their customer service was also very impressive... Answered my questions and concerns immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dan's a great instructor and a calming presence! He's really aware of everyone's varying abilities when it comes to injury. I also like that it's donation based and uncomplicated. pure and simple + good vibes. they also have mats and blocks available so you don't have to be a pro with all the gear.

It's pay what you can which makes it very accessible for everyone. There's a box at the front of the classroom where you can put your money in.
They have blocks and straps you can borrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this yoga studio and am constantly recommending it to people I meet. Dan is a great yoga instructor and you can tell he cares about your progress. I enjoy the flexible schedule, making it easy to attend classes with whichever work schedule you may have.
I would highly recommend checking this place out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place! I was a little nervous about trying yoga. Dan was so nice. He makes you feel comfortable, and is very encouraging when doing the poses. I will definitely be going back. This studio is clean, and has a nice calm and inviting feeling to it.
