Experience archi nul...payĂ© plein prix annuellement pour le bilan annuel 330$ il y a 2 mois Aujourd'hui 3 problĂšmes (genou, infection urinaire, crampe a l'estomac), je ne peux voir un medecin que 30 minutes a 90$ environ, mais avec un choix de maladie soit le genou ou autre, il faut choisir la maladie que je veux soigner, car apparemment leur mĂ©decin ne peuvent pas gĂ©rer 3 choses Ă  la fois. Peut ĂȘtre que l'argent est tous ce qui compte et que leur mĂ©decin manque de formation pour donner un papier de radio pour le genou, une analyse d'urine et une recherche sur mes crampes a l'estomac...jamais vu de ma vie, une clinique aussi incompĂ©tente et voleur..je suis complĂ©ment déçu, dĂ©primĂ© et surtout trĂšs en colĂšre..
Experience archi nul ... paid full price annually for the annual report $ 330 2 months ago Today 3 problems (knee, urinary tract infection, stomach cramp), I can see a doctor only 30 minutes at about $ 90, but with a choice of disease either knee or other, you have to choose the disease that I want to heal because apparently their doctor can not handle 3 things at once. Maybe money is all that matters and that their doctor lacks training to give a radio paper for the knee, a urinalysis and a research on my stomach cramps ... never seen before. life, a clinic as incompetent and thief..I am complement disappointed, depressed and especially very angry ..

Mauvaise expĂ©rience avec docteur Brais. J’ai dĂ» guider la professionnelle Ă  faire mon examen annuel et payer ensuite...sans aucune excuse de la direction. Deplus, Karine est toujours absente(triste pour sa situation)et Julie Ă  quittĂ©. J’ai optĂ© pour la Coop de LaPrairie, avec plusieurs professionnels sur place.
Bad experience with Dr. Brais. I had to guide the professional to do my annual exam and then pay ... without any excuses from the management. Deplus, Karine is still absent (sad for her situation) and Julie left. I opted for the Coop LaPrairie, with several professionals on site.

Service n'est plus ce que c'Ă©tait. On exige un RV a 115$ pour renouveler une prescription, le Dr Menard ne semble plus Ă©couter ses patients. Sans parler de "l'examen annuel" du Dr Brais il y a un an ou deux qui Ă©tait pourri. Tant qu'a payer pour avoir ce genre de service, aussi bien retourner au public. Merci pour le passe, mais pour les derniĂšres interactions, on repassera... C'est termine pour ma conjointe et moi.
Service is not what it used to be. We require an RV at $ 115 to renew a prescription, Dr. Menard no longer seems to listen to his patients. Not to mention Dr. Brais's "annual review" a year or two ago which was rotten. As long as you pay to have this kind of service, you might as well go back to the public. Thanks for the pass, but for the last interactions, we'll come back ... It's over for my wife and me.

Ce n’est pas nouveau que Dre MĂ©nard n’écoute pas ses « clients ». La derniĂšre fois que j’ai consultĂ© Madame c’était en 2015. J’avais une difficultĂ© Ă  la marche et elle a tout de suite rĂ©pondu: « T’es juste dĂ©conditionner physiquement ». J’ai continuĂ© Ă  avoir de la difficultĂ© et j’ai cru la Docteure. Et surprise! En mars 2019, j’ai eu un diagnostique de SEP primaire progressive. Je suis convaincu que si Dre MĂ©nard aurait cherchĂ© plus loin que le bout de son nez, je ne serais pas invalide Ă  40 ans. Je me demande pourquoi elle pratique encore. Elle devrait prendre sa retraite.
It is not new that Dr. MĂ©nard does not listen to her "clients". The last time I consulted Madame was in 2015. I had difficulty walking and she immediately replied, "You're just physically deconditioning". I continued to have difficulty and I believed the Doctor. And surprised! In March 2019, I was diagnosed with primary progressive MS. I am convinced that if Dr. MĂ©nard would have looked further than the end of her nose, I would not be disabled at 40. I wonder why she still practices. She should retire.

I thought this clinic would be a quick fix when I am unable to make it all the way to Montreal from Iberville for my two boys. However, that is not the case. I guess I thought that because it was a private clinic, it is easier to get appointments. Still not the case. I called and needed an appointment quick because my son had a bad fever. They said to call in the morning since no doctor was available. They also said there is no guarantee I'd even get an appointment when calling super early in the morning. So my question is. Who gets appointments? Cause I never seem to be lucky and there never seems to be doctors available, no matter how early or how often I call. This is extremely frustrating when you have a sick child.
