★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lau and the rest of the Praise team I've come in contact with have been awesome! Very efficient, great communication, warm & welcoming and clean! I feel super comfortable when I'm here even though I cannot stand visiting the dentist. Other than getting my usual cleaning and check ups, Dr. Lau just hooked me up with a new night guard/retainer. Fantastic service!

My 2 children from a very young age have been very comfortable under his care and have no 'issues' going to the dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't come here if you have an emergency and can't make your appointment. They don't have any leniency for people who can't give advance notice for missing appointments. Missed two appointments for valid reasons and when I needed to see them they told me they took me out of their patients list and could come only if someone cancelled an appointment. When I found a different dentist and after doing an x-ray of my teeth my new dentist told me there's a piece of metal inside my jaw. Last place who did my teeth? You guessed it... Praise Dental. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appearance looks a little run down, but the technology inside is probably more innovative and fancy than any other dentist in Vancouver. They are kind and understanding towards my fear of dentists. Every cleaning they do is gentle and the dentist is sensitive to my needs. They do not try to rip you off and bill you at a reasonable price. The dental team is extremely knowledgeable and can easily fix a cavity within 30 minutes! If you're ever looking for someone dependable and trustworthy, remember to ask for Dr Lau!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this dental centre many times for my braces; it was good at first, however, recently the services they provided was abysmal. The receptionist is to blame for most of my problems, her attitude is poor and she describes what the dentist says out proportion so that you would need another check up. They just want your money.
