★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A number of years ago I purchased a new 4310 FWA tractor from prairie coast gp. Recently the unit needed new front tires The tire shop found that the tractor actually had two different tires/rims.
When prairie coast was contacted they advised that they would contact the Kelowna prairie coast branch. A new rim was ordered at a cost of $263.00. Of concern is the fact that the tractor has been operated for 800 hours with the mis matched tires. I have been advised by another dealer to drain the front end oil and do an analysis to determine if there is contamination by metal. Despite repeated calls and e mail the grande prairie branch does not even care to respond. Very disappointed in the nil response. Mistakes happen however the nil response is not excusable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service at the parts counter. They carry gas and chain oil for the Stihl product line. Not to mention a nice assortment of Stihl blowers, weed whips, chainsaws, etc. And, of course, my four year old loves the farm toys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loading and unloading done at open ramp. Guys are quick. Can’t here twice no issues with shipping and receiving. 11- 12 is lunch time so try to avoid check in at this time . As I have to wait 1 hour 30 got unloading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad came out on his way to service another tractor and extended the arms of my three-point hitch so it can drop down lower to pick up my mower. He was very helpful and friendly. Now I do not need to put the mower on palates. Thanks Brad and Darren!
