★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to several Prado locations and they are ALL good! Growing up in Tsawwassen I was pleasantly surprised to see this location in the new SouthLands development. I had a London Fog which was delicious. We sat outside in the Adirondack chairs which was really nice.

Stopped here during our walk for a couple cappuccinos’. They were not busy and had 3 staff. First off was lectured that they make traditional cappuccinos, I thought good for you and yes I still want them. We ordered and went outside to sit. After waiting for awhile went back in to see what the hold up was. There was one other person in the cafe and still 3 staff standing around doing nothing. I saw a couple cappuccinos on the counter and politely asked if they were ours. And they basically just grunted as they were busy talking to each other or on their phones or something. As they were full I had to make a couple trips as I am not that steady and didn’t want to spill them. Oh yeah I also asked if they had a tray and they just looked at me like I was an alien or something and grunted no. By the way it was a good cappuccino. If you are the owner I might consider a course in customer service or just simply ask your staff to try smile, be polite and if not to strenuous help a customer carry a coffee to their table periodically for a change of pace. To the staff that was their this morning sorry for the inconvenience.
