★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Americano, but what they served is coffee scented hot water.although I like a Starbucks coffee but, this location is disappointed. If you want to have a real coffee, go somewhere else .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Starbucks on October 19th. The staff weren’t super friendly — they were focused more on doing the hands on of getting drinks out than greeting people. But regardless, I ordered the Apple Crisp Macchiato and it was good. I ordered it extra hot which it was. I’ll most likely go here again when I go shopping at the mall. Although a lady who was waiting for her mobile order had her drinks made improperly, I know I won’t order for mobile through here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good experience. Went in yesterday (Boxing Day), so I understand there's going to be a longer wait time but it took over 30 minutes to receive my small order. The baristas said it was because a machine was broken but then maybe you shouldn't be taking more orders than you can put out.
If that was all that happened, I wouldn't even bother to review but our drinks were filled up halfway in the cup including the foam and to top it off, I paid using the Starbucks app and had some money left on the gift card and was going to pay the remainder on my visa. Rather than do this, the barista charged the entire amount to my credit card.
Would not recommend. Use the drive-thru outside the mall instead.

As it was the one of best drinks i had. She was too polite and nice that i cant say no to her suggestion and i am so happy to try her recommendation.

I managed to score a free Soy Matcha Frappuccino on my Starbucks rewards balance at this great Starbucks location just next to Bass Pro Shop within Twassen Mills.
As always, fantastic grade of tasting drink, portion sizes and customer service from every Starbucks location. An awesome spot to grab a slurp worthy dream whilst being dragged around the mall for shopping.
The staff are super friendly, accommodating and awesome at making super yum beverages.
