★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at the Nelson, BC location. They helped get my mom a car right away, after her own car broke down. They were the only location open in the West Kootenays.
I greatly appreciated there help, being I had to travel back to Calgary. And did not want to leave her stranded without any help.

The lady who works there wasn't friendly at all, she barely said Hi.
I had to pay for the insurance when I picked up the car. She didn't mentioned it over the phone or I would have taken the time to get one free with my credit card.
They overcharged me 200$ because they changed their prices after I booked the car. Also, I had to pay for the extra kilometers even if it was supposed to be included in the price from what they told me over the phone.
The wipers were in very bad conditions, I got some slush on the windshield on the highway and had to drive like that for 15 minutes. The cooler level was low as well so I had to fix that. It is unbelievable that those basics security maintenance were not checked before the 2 weeks car rental!!!!
When I dropped off the car she didn't ask me anything about the car so I am not surprised that this happened.
The good things are:
- The car was very clean inside
- The young man that I talked about the wipers and the 200$ was very nice and found me a solution quickly.
