The service tech Leda arrived on time, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, answered all of my questions, The service was excellent and thorough, deffinately a huge difference in the air quality and all covid protocols were followed. I will use Power Vac again and i will deffinately recommend Power Vac to family and friends.

Technician was empathetic to the fact it was cold outside and looked for ways to avoid the house getting too cold while running equipment in from the outside to minimize the effects of the weather outside entering the house while the work was being completed. Highly recommend PowerVac for your duct cleaning service.

The service technician was calm, courteous, efficient and thorough. Felt relaxed having them in our home and they left the work site cleaner than they found it. Slight minty fresh aroma for an hour following the cleaning. This is our 3rd time working with this company as we prefer to clean our ducts annually. Highly recommend.

She offered a wealth of information and flexibility of available appointments. She followed up immediately with the quote and details on what to expect and prepare for the service. The service tech was Brent showed up on time, he was absolutely fantastic!! Super friendly while always remaining professional. Besides having my air ducts cleaned I opted for and extended service to clean out my dryer vent. Unfortunately it was located in a difficult location. Brent worked at it tirelessly until he was satisfied he had removed what appeared to be the start of birds nest and years of dryer lint. A potential fire averted !! I apologize for the long story but I wanted all parties mentioned to be highlighted as they made this entire experience so pleasant. Kudos to PowerVac for having such wonderful staff. I would definitely use them again, as well as recommending them to a friend. Best regards Kim
