From the office and massage room atmosphere, to the essential oils, hot towels, super comfortable massage table, and her knowledge of the body, I have not had a better massage experience. Mark is a fantastic osteopath practitioner. He is helping to manage my migraine and hip issues. Both Sarah and Mark do thorough assessments and use a holistic approach to treat their patients. This team is professional, friendly, and highly effective. Highly recommend!

Her massages have a great flow to them and she creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere that leaves me feeling amazing after every session. The space is comfortable and clean and there is convenient parking. Highly recommend!

A very peaceful experience with great energy throughout even while tackling some trouble areas. They complement each other to extend any osteopathy work into my massage to really solve the tough problems… and then I basically float out of the room :)

Every time I was getting better and better, but when I finally spilled my secret, he fixed the whole issue in one session. Amazing person, practitioner whose interest is to get you well. His wife Sarah, the massage therapist is just simply WOW. Still no words :) Their work complement each other.

Physio helped me, but I feel like the massage therapy from Sarah has helped to get me over the hump on the way to 100%. I am new to massage and she helped to make me feel comfortable. I have only had two sessions but they have made an immediate impact as this is the best I have felt in 6 months. She provides a lot of direction to facilitate healing in between sessions.
