β β β β β I went to Potluck today for a large curry goat and it was decent. The customer service from the cashier who told me her name was Wanda was top notched. She was polite, friendly and greeted me with a positive energy that I havenβt experience at Potluck in a very long time. She also sold me additional food items that I never had on my list but I ended up buying them because she is a good sales person. She have great customer service skills and I will be back for sure.

β β β β β The customer service at Potluck is decent. I have yet to have a bad experience dealing with any of the workers. I will say that the best dish they make is their soups. The oxtail didnβt live up to standard, tastes stale and to me, is overpriced for the value. I like that I usually donβt have to wait long for my food and enjoy the interior design of the restaurant. Potluckβs convenient location is what gets me every time.

β β β β β I have been going to the potluck franchise for years. Originally they were bomb. Best Jamaican restaurant. They have lost alot of that credibility. These days the food is blah..its hut and miss. I get jerk chicken most time and ut doesn't even taste season, most time the food is just tasteless. Maybe uts good to a non Jamaica, but it has really dropped off.

β β β β β So good! I had the jerk chicken (white meat) with rice & peas - oxtail gravy, coleslaw & fried plantain. The chicken was MOIST and well seasoned and plantain was perfectly ripe. This is the second time ordering from Pot Luck and theyβre always consistent. I enjoy eating food where you can taste the love that was put into it. Well done!

β β β β β Customer service by the young lady at the front was Amazing. I wish I had gotten her name. New to the city and it seems a lot of Caribbean restaurant& store are just full of attitude& anger.i really enjoyed the atmosphere here.

β β β β β Just visited this potluck location (trying for the first time) ordered a quarter of jerk chicken and was told by the cashier that I can't get ketchup or hot sauce because of company policy. STAY AWAY. I love supporting black but y'all need to learn customer service.

β β β β β Best Jamaican food I have ever had! My uncle is from Jamaica and he makes the best food, but Potluck is the only restaurant I have ever tried that makes food as good as he does. And I have tried many Caribbean Restaurants in and around the GTA of Toronto and this is hands down the best! Best Customer Service and Food! I remember when I was short on cash and couldn't afford my meal and Potluck gave it to me for free. Not to mention a gentleman in line also offered to pay for my food! Next time I go I will tip them at least $10. Best in the World! Thanks so much!
