They always understand what I'm looking for, even if I don't quite understand myself. Turnaround time is quick, and the last couple times I even ordered via email and had a response the same business day, usually within an hour or two, confirming the order. As far as I can tell, pricing is on par with other business supply and printing shops. It pays to be quick and friendly!
