Worst photo studio. The lady working there don’t know how to deal with the customers. She needs customer dealing lessons for sure as she lacks the much required warmth for dealing with clients in her behaviour. Instead of going there you can visit Pro image studio in shoppers world plaza. She has wasted my one hour today and I get my work done from Pro image in 5 minutes. Please don’t waste your time by vistino this worst studio.

I had requested for a digital picture, the lady was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the things I need and in less than 5 minutes it was all set and done.

I visited them for ID photos. The experience was terrific, and the quality of the pictures was excellent. We refer all our customers to Print2Go for pictures. Not one application has ever being refused. Also, thanks for following the covid19 safety protocol.

I've been meaning to write this review since the team at Print2Go at the Brampton Hurontario location saved the day for me. I had a business conference to which I had 3 weeks to plan and at the very last minute, day before event, on a Saturday realized that I had no company signage at all. This was a very important meeting and launch event for our company and I was desperate to find a place that would not only take my order but do same day printing as I was getting on a plane that evening. I called several places which for the most part either closed early or wasn't even open on the weekend. Just as I was going to give up , I found Vidhi (Manager of this Print2Go location). She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with me. She really saved me by having suggestions and also letting me know that she can take my order and also be able to do a same day print. I was shocked as I was able to pick up my banners & signage that afternoon. I would recommend this location any day as they will help you find solutions and assist you to ensure that you get what you need even when the time was limited. Thank you Vidhi and to your team! You guys are wonderful and a pleasure to deal with!

Worst customer service ever. Such a non professional behavior of the lady working there. Went there for the passport photos for baby. First day she kept us waiting outside claiming there is a person inside so we have to wait till he comes out. With a 1 month old baby you can't stand outside in -6C, so went back to car. Then she allowed other person to come in when it was our tern. Then when my wife took the baby inside after almost 20 mins, she asked if the baby is up? My wife told her baby was up 2 mins before, she will wake up again once I ll take her out from car seat, just give me a moment. Lady said, no no no you have to go back to car and come again when baby is fully up. My wife came back to car, Baby woke up wintin a minute and start crying for feed as my wife was not feeding her earlier to keep her awake. Now somebody else was inside the store so we had to wait. My wife started to feed the baby and after feed baby went to sleep. After almost 1 hour baby woke up at 4:20pm. I went inside to ask her if I can bring the baby inside now. She said no, its too late now. We don't click pictures after 4pm. You can come tomorrow. (Store time is till 5pm). Next day we went there again, parents will understand how hard it is to go out with a toddler and a baby, specially in cold weather, it was windy and snowing. We went there in baby's awake window. I took the baby inside. She asked me how old is the baby. I said baby is 1 month old. Next thing she told me was, we don't capture passport pictures of babies under 6 weeks. I said, there is no such age limit according to IRCC. She said, doesn't matter, WE dont do it for babies below 6 weeks.I said why didn't you tell me yesterday when I was here, she lied and said I told you and your wife. I said then what do you think why we are here again in this weather with a baby? I think according to her I drove 20 km each side just for fun.Unfortunately baby got cold and was sneezing all night. Pathetic and poor customer service. Never going back there.

Hey, The manager (VIDHI MEWADA ) is very knowledgeable and very quick. When I went there , I didn't even know much about my Photo requirements but she explained it well . I would really suggest this for every one

Lady(i think she is owner)work here is very good, polite and helpful. I went 2 different places for my PR photo but it not work in PR portal. But photo which i click here it work in first time. I did my TRV application photo, PNP photo, US visa photo and Schengen visa photo over here. All are good. So i will definitely come here for my citizenship photo. I highly recommend this place for everyone for everything and specially for photo.
