Must check out place in the village. Nice little pastry/coffee place in the village. Breakfast/pastry options are amazing, and it’s good for the value considering what you pay in the village. Breakfast bowl is good size and it will keep you going for the rest of the day. Coffee is average.

This spot was recommended to us by a Whistler local and it did not disappoint. The portions were more than expected so we got to take some home for left overs. Surprisingly, we were not all that impressed with the pastries but would recommend for a full meal. We had a pulled pork poutine that was out of this world. Mainly because instead of fries they used baby potatoes which really added a different flavour and texture to the plate.

We went 9 in the morning. Very busy but there are plenty of seats available. There are 2 separate lines for pastry bar and breakfast bar. We ordered chicken waffle and the breakfast bowl. Both amazing

A lovely cafe and bistro connected to fairmont. It’s a take and go type of place, with great staff who provide insight opinions when you don’t know what to pick. Seating is comfty and we’ll spaced out - with COVID protocols and vaxx pass requirements, they are functioning superbly. I’ve been here twice now and appreciate the hospitality they provide. Their food is a bit pricey but fills you up for what you need. Once you’re done your lunch there’s a cafe just two steps away where you can grab your coffee and pastries. Their pulled pork sandwich was done very well, where the pulled pork was nice and tender and easy to pull while I bit into it. I got the soup of the day - ham and potato - which wasn’t too heavy and was full of flavour. My friends also enjoyed their meals and pastries. I would definitely return to this spot for a quick rest spot or just to grab some pastries to go. **HIGHLY recommend the matcha Madeleine if available. Great balance of matcha, white chocolate and moist pastry**

We enjoyed the food, but the organization needs to be improved. We waited 40 minutes just in line to order, and then another 20 for food. Standing in line was awful and crowded and the food is all made up in hot containers all ready to go. We were confused but the staff was working very hard. It was just not as enjoyable an experience. The meat was really good but the Mac and cheese not as great.

The Brisket Poutine is legendary. I’ve never had a poutine like this in my life, it is hands down the most delicious dish I’ve tasted in the village. The potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside. Even smothered in that delicious thick gravy, the potatoes never lost their outward crispiness! Now the Brisket is succulent, delicious, soft, flavourful and done to perfection. I cannot recommend it enough! You need try the poutine with brisket from this spot if you’re at Whistler or I promise you, you’re missing out. I’m not even exaggerating here! Legendary status. My boyfriend had the Bratwurst with two sides and he said they were wonderful. I took a bite to sample and oh yesss, wonderful they were. But that poutine + brisket…can’t recommend it enough! It’s been a few weeks since I’ve left Whistler and it’s been on my mind. Never had anything like it. Best dish I’ve tasted in my entire stay over there!

I absolutely love this place. My must-visit-at-least-once spot whenever I’m in Whistler. The location is amazing, obvi. Service friendly and efficient. Restrooms always clean. The ambiance is so rustic chill that I could stay there and chat or work for hours (and have). Inside and outside spaces are charming and inviting. The fire on the patio is a great touch. Lots of amazing choices on the menu. The ones I’ve tried are fresh and delicious. I always look forward to their breakfast bowls with the biscuit on the side. Best cheat day ever!

Friendly staff, nice place, good value, lots of nice coffee, sandwich, and pastry selections for snacks. We stopped by here at around 2-3pm and had our snacks but ended up so full! Our family have enjoyed this place so much. We will be back again next time.
