The gentleman who came to my place called my mother "the white helmet" and told my stepfather to change women !!!! Frankly unpleasant! The know how to live was not there!
Never again!!!

L'opérateur qui est venu chez moi ne semble même pas connaître ses propres produits et nous donne de fausses recommandations ( très lucratives pour leur compagnie ). Il nous a même avoué qu'il avait oublié de terminer son travail lors de sa dernière visite. Certe, aucun dégât n'a été engendré par cette erreur, mais savoir cette information m'a mis hors de moi.
Really disappointing. Bad experience ... The operator who came to me does not even seem to know his own products and gives us false recommendations (very lucrative for their company). He even confessed to us that he forgot to finish his work on his last visit. Certainly, no damage was caused by this error, but knowing this information put me beside me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus jamais ... ils installe du neuf sans vérifier la partie restante, résultat au six mois tout lâche encore et je paye encore , a la troisième visite leur installateur a l'humour douteux, dit à ma conjointe que c'est la partie restante qui est très mal ajuster. Donc si la première fois une inspection complète avait été fait il n'y aurait pas eu de deuxième fois et de troisième fois . Installer du neuf touts le monde peut faire ça trouver le vrais problème ...je vous conseil d'en prendre un autre.
Never again ... they install new without checking the remaining part, result at six months everything still loose and I pay again, on the third visit their installer has dubious humor, tells my wife that it is the remaining part which is very poorly fit. So if the first time a full inspection had been done there wouldn't have been a second and third time. Installing new everyone can do that find the real problem ... I advise you to take another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moi et ma conjointe sommes allez directement sur place, on ne savait pas qu'il y avait une salle démonstrative. Très bon service pour nous conseiller, nous l'installer et même après la vente. Un de mes panneaux de porte de garage avait un minime défault de fabrication et ils n'ont même pas hésiter à prendre le rendez-vous pour le changer rapido presto.
Me and my spouse went directly there, we didn't know there was a demonstration room. Very good service to advise us, install it and even after the sale. One of my garage door panels had a slight manufacturing defect and they didn't even hesitate to make an appointment to change it quickly.
