★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je me suis rendu à cette entreprise sur l'heure du dîner, seul moment où je pouvais me libérer et en prenant de mon temps libre, afin de me procurer des volets de fenêtre. Je me suis butée à une porte fermée, pas de signe, ni indication contraire. J'ai donc été cogné à la porte voisine, visiblement la même entreprise. Deux jeunes vendeurs m'ont répondu en se moquant de moi, visiblement amusés par ma déception. Ils m'ont suggéré d'un ton condescendant : au pire, achète-toi une adresse, tsé. On vends ça, nous ici, des adresses. Bref, nul besoin de vous dire combien j'ai été insultée de faire rire de moi de la sorte, alors que je prenais de mon précieux temps pour encourager une entreprise locale. Je suis heureuse de connaître autant de gens dans le domaine de la construction pour leur dire de ne pas encourager une telle entreprise. Shame on you.
I went to this company at dinner time, the only time I could free myself and in my free time, to get window shutters. I stumbled on a closed door, no sign or indication to the contrary. So I was knocked on the next door, obviously the same company. Two young salesmen responded by making fun of me, visibly amused by my disappointment. They suggested to me in a condescending tone: at worst, buy yourself an address, tse. We sell that, we here, addresses. In short, no need to tell you how insulted I was to make me laugh that way, as I took my precious time to encourage a local business. I am happy to know so many people in the construction industry to tell them not to encourage such a venture. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porte et fenêtre Granby sont présentement à changer plusieurs Thermos dans ma maison, ne perdez pas votre temps à chercher ailleurs. Ils sont d’une très grande gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme exemplaire avec des prix agressifs. Vraiment je suis très content de les avoir choisis et je dois changer ma porte d’entrée cet automne et je n’irai même pas voir ailleurs. Je les recommandes très fortement.

Granby door and window are currently changing several Thermos in my house, do not waste your time looking elsewhere. They are very kind and exemplary professionalism with aggressive prices.
