All of the windows are good but the window thermosts are not durable. I have already had them all changed after 5 years and today after 10 years they all still need to be changed. Very disappointed with the quality of the thermostats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est la troisième fois que nous commandons chez Boulet pour nos portes et fenêtres, et nous les recommandons habituellement à nos familles et amis, mais ils manquent sérieusement de professionnaliste depuis la dernière année. Nous avons commandé nos fenêtres au mois de novembre 2021 pour une livraison au début d'avril 2022. Il nous ont repoussé en mai, et là en juin ils ne savent pas quand ils seront en mesure de livrer. Les raisons changent continuellement. Leur manque de suivi nous cause de vrais casse-tête car nous devons coordonner le tout avec notre entrepreneur. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous faisons face à des délais des fournisseurs mais c'est la première fois qu'on se fait repousser sans limite dans le temps. C'est malheureux mais nous ne les recommandons plus.
This is the third time we have ordered from Boulet for our doors and windows, and we usually recommend them to our families and friends, but they have seriously lacked professionalism over the past year. We ordered our windows in November 2021 for delivery in early April 2022. They pushed us back to May, and now in June they don't know when they will be able to deliver. The reasons are continually changing. Their lack of follow-up causes us real headaches because we have to coordinate everything with our contractor. This is not the first time that we have faced delays from suppliers, but it is the first time that we have been pushed back without a time limit. It's unfortunate but we no longer recommend them.

I am very satisfied all along the line with this company, what I like the most is the after-sales service. I never come across an answering machine when I want to join them. The quality of the windows is very good too. I recommend this company without hesitation.

installation of windows and patio doors, far from being porfitional "the winds go everywhere in the house, accumulation of ice in the corners of the windows and patio doors.
customer service is not professional no follow-up with customers
zero for after-sales service, more than 4 months of waiting to correct the installation of windows and patio doors and always apologies.
I spent the winter with a heating that works at maximum, at 17 degrees in the sleeping rooms.

He really took his time to explain the quote in detail and we even got our windows ahead of time which is unheard of nowadays. I highly recommend this company.
