P	Paco Archi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be a great company amazing service but not anymore Their flights are often late or delayed because their plane are small and very sensitive to the weather. Just yesterday my flight got canceled for weather. If you have an important trip done use them they are not very reliable use a company with big planes. Also they use to have free good quality snacks at the lounge .not anymore . Even the snacks on the plane are mediocre.

E	Erik Thor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminal was uncrowded and security was reasonable. Arrived 1.5 hours early and made it through in less than 30min, but it was an early flight. Lots of sanitizing stations, and lots of space in secure area. Planes are full and feel a bit scary for pandemic times, but crews are accommodating and helpful. Best one can expect considering everything. Always a pleasure flying Porter out of Billy Bishop.
R	Rahul Dantu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Canadian Porter Terminal and seating is neat. The seats on the Flight # 122 from Newark - YTZ (Billy Bishop) were not soft or comfy. The airline staff was friendly. The flight was smooth too.
A	Ari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience fast process through check in and security. The Gates and entrance to the airplane itself was a bit mixed up. Numbers on the boarding pass and letters on the actual Gates. There was also a lot of shifting around Gates for planes and time changes. The service desk was very helpful and made all the difference. The waiting area space was roomy and comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the food was good.
