It is very sad that the Prime African airline has worst customer services in Toronto. flight cancelled due to Covid by airline since Dec and I have not been able to get them on phone nor received response to my email for refund

Worst Airlines ever! No one picks the phone or reply the emails. Flight delayed for 12 hours. Will never travel by this airlines in future InshaAllah!

I wish there was a 0 star option - Worst service ever, no responses to emails, both phones number are not available (always shows as busy or call failed), every possible "how not to treat a customer" scenario is demonstrated in this airline. Last time booking with them.

The most difficult airline company to get in touch with or obtain information from. Having direct flight does not make an airline company more attractive, service and customer understanding make a big difference. You have a long way to go Egypt Air.

Extremely poor experience. Booked business travel with them for CAD 5,000. They broke my luggage worth over CAD 200. Refused to take responsibility, because according to their calculation I was one day late in reporting it to them. Never Again.

Not sure why they don't answer or respond to calls. I tried calling over 12 times with no response. Same issue with the embassy. I love Egypt. This behavior/service is not acceptable from a country that is focused on tourism as it is one of their main foreign currency resources..

I called in to ask about an Egyptair flight in September that has a 20 hour layover at Cairo as I wanted to check on their policy around providing hotel acomodation. Waited 15 minutes and finally someone picked up. I asked my question and the customer service agent prompty hung up. Everyone is right about this airline having the worst customer service. For this sole reason, I am not even considering booking a flight with EgyptAir even though it is the cheapest option available for me because if I can't get in touch with customer service for any issue then travelling with them is not worth the risk.

I had a confirmed booking with Egypt Air for the 2nd Dec, 2021 from Toronto to Dubai Via Cairo. The Flight was cancelled due to Omicron virus. I asked them to Refund my Ticket amount in Full. They cut CAD$82.00 and refunded the balance. I have been sending them Emails since then, no reply from them yet. Their Toronto Office is of no help, no one picks up the phone and no one responding to my emails....All i want is my remaining Balance of CAD$82.00
