Miles McEwing and his team were excellent through the entire process, from helping us spec the car we wanted right through to delivery of the vehicle.
This is our third Porsche vehicle and the first one that we purchased at the Calgary dealership, however we also had our previous two Porsches serviced exclusively at Porsche Centre Calgary where Casey Connor and his team provided excellent customer service repair and advise.
We highly recommend the Porsche brand and 100% endorse the Porsche Centre Calgary for all Porsche sales and service needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been searching for a preowned 997 for nearly a year. On one Saturday, my wife and I decided at the last minute to check out Porsche Centre Calgary. I was apprehensive as I was in dressed my weekend loungewear (tee shirt and sweatpants). Upon entry, the showroom had a number of beautifully displayed Porsches, new and preowned. All the sales specialists were occupied with customers, but Scott Chapman promptly greeted us despite how I was dressed. Unbeknown to me at the time, Scott was the General Sales Manager! Scott was so pleasant and most certainly did not "judge" my appearance. We discussed in detail regarding this particular 997 on the showroom floor. Scott was extremely transparent. He provided the AMVIC inspection report, Carfax and the mechanical services they had performed which was extensive and answered all my questions. Since this was my first Porsche and a large purchase, Scott was very receptive to our need for time to decide. There was "ZERO PRESSURE". Knowing the history of this car and the peace of mind of owning this impeccable 997 for many years to come, I called Scott on the following Monday and discussed the final figures. Scott was so straight forward and I purchased my 997. Scott made this process simple!
Although we did not require financing, we met with Business Manager, Ryan Uhl. Like Scott, Ryan was a gentleman. He was very profession, but yet, easy to talk to. Ryan ensured all the documents were processed and the smooth delivery of my car.
I have purchased many vehicles, new and preowned, in the past. Scott and Ryan's professionalism made this purchasing experience so assuring... Porsche, there is no substitute!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I had a 2015 Porsche Macan S that I had purchased brand new and everytime I walked into Porsche to get my car serviced or anything nobody would even Great me they would all just look and walk around me. I would stand in the service area for 10 minutes and everyone would just look at me and keep talking. Could be because I’m young and they thought I was of no value to them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND it’s unfortunate that it’s the only Porsche Dealership in Calgary because there was nowhere else to go and dreaded going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just starting our journey at becoming a Porsche owner and visited the showroom today to get some information and were promptly greeted by Jay G.
We've previously been at several other luxury car dealerships; Porsche was more welcoming than any of the other dealerships. We came straight from Land Rover where we walked into the showroom, looked at their vehicles, walked around the lot looking at vehicles - zero response from their team. Porsche was the complete opposite and Jay was great at answering our questions and handling any objections that we brought up.
While we haven't bought yet we are looking forward to working with Jay and the rest of the team at Porsche Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have owned our Cayenne E Hybrid for 9 months now and I brought the Cayenne in for the 15 000 KM service. I arrived at Porsche Calgary at 645AM with full expectations of dropping the key in the overnight locked receptacle as the dealership was not scheduled to open until 7 AM.
Before I had the opportunity to park our Cayenne, Bi the Porsche service advisor came out to greet me and suggested that I park the Cayenne inside the service bay. Impressive to say the least!
Porsche Calgary definitely stands out from other luxury vehicle dealerships. We own both a BMW and a Lexus and both dealerships will have you wait in line prior to the dealership opening and will not open the service bay doors until the scheduled opening time. We are very happy with both our Cayenne and Porsche Calgary. We just placed a down payment on our second Porsche. Robert Y

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine this, you work 12 hours a day everyday without breaks, you’ve finally gained the confidence to walk into Porsche and purchase your first Porsche. The staff welcome you with a big smile, jay with an even bigger warming invite, you feel 0 pressure from jay and a sincere straight forwarded no bs approach. You meet Scott who is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with making the purchase SMOOTH & SIMPLE. The big day comes, you get your car, you can’t help but jump in the air with joy and you can feel how happy the rest of the team is and how much they truly love their job.

I am now a Porsche guy for life. Well done Porsche team and can’t wait to get a 9/11 ;)
