Shortly after having our tub refinished it started peeling (1 month) - the company REFUSED to accept responsibility and we only went with them because of the 10 year warranty. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY. They will try and find any loophole to get out of their warranty for any reason. Owner completely unprofessional.

Worked with them to refinish a tub and replace a tub surround. The final finish for the tub was good quality and looks great. The tub surround not so much. They damaged some of the ceiling of the shower during the installation and I've had to repair the caulking in two places already (installation less than a month ago). Also, be aware the warranty is pretty intense. You'd basically have to not use the tub to qualify as far as I can tell.

Brutal experience. Customer service manager is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Owner/technician shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Sam did our tub yesterday and did an absolutely amazing job. It looks brand new. He was so great - such a patient, kind, professional. I highly recommend this company - we are extremely happy with the job Sam did!

I just had my clawfoot tub resurfaced. My house is over 100 years old and this is the original tub that was put in this house. It was pretty rough, Steve was very professional, prompt and did some magic. The tub is beautiful, we are so pleased. I'm so glad I didn't send the tub to dump. The owner Tom, explained the finishes, pricing and warranty so I was confident in my decision to hire them. I'm a firm believer is supporting our local independents especially during this time of hardship. I would recommend them to everyone.

Recently had Porcelain Magic fix sn acrylic shower crack. Their response time was fantastic and were out within 2 days! The technician was friendly and went above and beyond. The fix looks amazing and price was fair. Would highly recommend.

Read through some of the lowest reviews for this company and am honestly astonished. We bought a house with a poorly glazed enamel steel tub that was in desperate need of help. Tom got us quotes within days, and had a tech, Sam, out within just a few weeks. Sam was nothing but professional, proficient and showed the utmost concern for the indoor air quality during work (as we have a 6 month old in the house). The tub was stripped, scraped and reglazed in under 6 hours and the results are truly crazy. This is just part of our bathroom reno and it already looks and feels like a completely different space. Attached photos from quotation (before), post-strip (during) and reglazed (after). Thanks so much guys and keep up the good work!

When this job was initially completed, there were a lot of flaws in the finish (see photos) but I assumed it was the best the technician could do and perhaps I was expecting too much. Less than six months later, my tub is flaking and the company won’t repair the damage because they are classifying them as β€œchips” which are customer made and not covered under warranty. Tom, hasn’t seen the work but is confident it couldn’t be a workmanship issue. So, I’ve wasted $900 on a tub that looks as bad as it did in the first place. In addition to the poor workmanship (although the technician was a very pleasant person), Tom is as unprofessional as they come. When I emailed to ask him to have someone come fix the tub, he couldn’t find my work order or my information anywhere. I just had the work done in the late summer of 2021, and he couldn’t find my information? I had to send him the exact dates so he could manage to find me as a customer. In addition to that, he rescheduled the refinishing multiple times. The tub took two days to strip, and what was supposed to be a one day job, was a three day job. Each time the technician was expected, Tom would call to ask if he had arrived yet. When I would reply β€œno”, he would ask me to have his technician call him. He can’t keep track of his staff or his customers. And he doesn’t stand by his work. Don’t waste your money.
