This place is just the best. cheap comics, friendly atmosphere, no competing for space with card collectors. You can spend all day in a vegetative state going through their discount comics. I used to read Wizard mag every month and would see comics I would never find on the shelf. All of those are here. You can get entire runs of comics in good condition with nice bags and boards for great prices.

Lots of different stock. They had a whole stack of comics from the 40's and 50's I was looking for! And if you're willing to dig through the bins, you can find some great bargains Fun way to spend an afternoon with your nerd friends

Excellent selection.. almost too much. There's two entrances, one at the front and one around the side on the right. The 2nd is the basement with a great selection of $1 comics perfect for introducing kids to comics.

Lots of inventory, store is clean, very knowledgeable guys working there, they were very polite and helpful. I ended up going over budget because I wasnt expecting them to have so much inventory, they gave me a great deal. I was very happy with what I paid. Whenever I roll through Kitchener I will always make it a priority to stop here, I would say its one of the bext places to buy comics in Ontario. Thanks

Great mouth watering selection of back issues, and not just modern era. Lots of gold and silver age books! The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. $1, $3, $5 bins galore. Graphic novels and graded books. Great place to explore for any comic book collector!

LOVE this place. It's definitely old school there. It is a bunch of dudes chillin out but they were very friendly to me. I was even given a free Harlem Globetrotters collector book. As a female patron in most comic book stores you do get the looks but honestly these guys are harmless. The place does look like a basement but that is part of the appeal. No pressure to buy. No one following you around. If you want high end go to Silver Snail in Toronto but you'll also be paying their prices. I'm glad I found this place.

Huge selection of graphic novels and comic books! They have an entire basement full of back issues that you can spend hours sifting through. I will say though, if you're new to comics, this place might be a bit overwhelming. I'd suggest coming here if you know exactly what you're looking for since the organization of this warehouse is a bit all over the place (at least in the back issues floor). If you're looking for trade paperbacks/graphic novels, then the top floor is more suited to your needs. Don't know if I missed it or not, but I don't think this place sells newly released comic issues (but again, the organization is a bit rough, so I may have missed if they had a new releases section). As for pricing, I've found that most of their trade paperbacks are either cheaper than US cover price, or between the US and Canadian price. Their single issues are pretty cheap, too. From what I remember, the back issues with round stickers on them are a dollar (You'll find that most of them have these stickers) and the ones without stickers or price tags are 3 dollars. All comic issues are bagged and boarded and are usually in very good condition. I ended up buying 5 DC back issues for just 15 dollars, which is way less than I thought I would have to spend. I did feel a bit out of place as a girl, but not unwelcome. The staff here seem very willing to help you if you ask. I remember overhearing one of the employees helping another girl who also seemed new to comics and they were very patient and enthusiastic with helping her. I've only interacted with Wes (the owner) once, but he was incredibly friendly and helpful! I hope to visit this place more often in the future :)
