Love this place. The only suggestion I have is that I would pay a little more a month to be able to go to another location occasionally.

Keep up the great work guys, Aman, you are a gem and so so helpful every time I see you. Also want to mention “V”, who always goes out of his way to keep my car sparkling clean!! Will never leave you guys!!
H	Hazem Henein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place over all. The car wash is always working well and the free vacuumes are a huge bonus. You have to make sure you get what you pay for though. For example, if you get the ultimate wash that includes hand towel dry at the end, you have to park your car, get out, find an employee and remind them that you paid for towel dry. The prices are a bit on the higher side unless you get the monthly pass and wash your car often. Customer service at the window is poor and should really be a priority for improvement by management. Overall, this place has a lot of potential of being a great car wash with some process improvements.

I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with how much pride the team has in their work! My car is sparkling inside and out! Super friendly people.

I purchased a prepaid pass for the month and sometimes the lineups there get quite big. There is a special line for prepaid and twice I have already waited in a line of over 10 cars. Some people do need to purchase a one time car wash and that line is quite empty. The problem is they allow those people to bypass the line. I let them know that this was happening and they said well these people have paid and did not want to listen to me. I don’t think it’s fair especially since I have already given them money upfront for the pass they didn’t want to listen to me and have no one controlling the line of cars going in. One other problem is that when you leave the car wash and the drying is happening from the blower, it’s much too quick. I understand they want to get as many cars in as possible but it leaves a lot of water and soap and you have to do it yourself afterwards. I really wanted to like this car wash place but it’s difficult one the owners don’t want to listen to you or accept feedback. Update: I still had over 20 days left on my membership and without telling me popular car wash has cancelled it on me. No one called me now I have to dispute it. I would think the better resolution would be to reach out and try to fix the problem rather than just cancel my membership without telling me.

They said they didn't have any cameras and the owner never comes to that location for them to get camera access. I wrote a review and in the picture belows shows their response (owner said he/she would pay for it if I have proof that the part was there before the wash). Kept going back and forth and finally the supervisor showed me the camera footage and it clearly shows the fog light cover there before the car wash after they said it wasnt there before the wash. They also said there was other damage but pictures show otherwise. These people do not care about you or your car.
w	wisecracku2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for the Gold service plan. Interior supposed to be cleaned and there's still lint and crumbs on the seat. Hair on the carpet and floor mats are dirty. Door jams are dirty. Bugs on the front of the car. Windows are dirty. What happened to this place it has gone down hill. Third time using this place and last time. Also I asked the guy to come over and fix but all he did was complain "well when you go through the car wash it cleans your car" he said. I replied back if I get your basic service yeah but I paid $50 for a better service
