โ โ โ โ โ Went there las evening after a long day, ordered waited, saw 3 orders before mine was up, once home, my order came with a Large fries, NO FRIES was to be found , called the store, Person on the other end, very rude and abrupt... said I could come back for the fries. weather was bad and after a long day I wasn't about to go back out. This is not the first time this has happened to me there, first time I thought it was a mistake, this was the 3rd time last night... They need to hire a staff to check orders or be more diligent in checking orders, plus the gravy was like Jell-O . time for this store to look at its food service practices and customer service. Won't be going back, even for the fries you OWE me.

โ โ โ โ โ Just pick this up today at the Birchmount/Sheppard location. Is it me or are the lighters getting bigger? Was wondering why the cashier was taking so long picking through the pile of chicken to find the best one. Pathetic.

โ โ โ โ โ Well done and make fresh are not the same thing! When I ask for my chicken well done that means take one out of that disgusting "heat" basket you keep them in, pop it back into the fryer for 30 sec and pull it out! Saves you guys so much time, makes the chicken hot and crispy! Stop wasting your time and mine!

โ โ โ โ โ Its 1:47 and in pic they mentioned that its open till 2 am. No problem if you guys wanna close early but atleast you guys should mention it. We drove 3 km from home and found this franchise closed.

โ โ โ โ โ what kind of food franchise is this which closes before its closing time. Either its better Popeyes should shut down this store if they couldnot serve the public according to serving time or else fire the whole staff which doesnot work with work ethics.
If its possible for 0 star rating, i would definitely give 0 star.

โ โ โ โ โ Good deep fried chicken. Fries and onion rings were mostly good, a couple of rings were a bit undercooked.
Not too crowded and this was a Tooney Tuesday.
Really fast service. No onion rings on hand, but only three minutes to make.
Indoor seating and washrooms were back.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered the 8 piece nuggets and waited about 15 minutes only to discover it was 97% batter and 3% chicken. Also extremely cold. My stomach feeling nauseous shortly after. I don't want to think where these so called "nuggets" have been. Please avoid wasting your time and money at this location.
