★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had a hard time with understanding supplements and figuring out what works best for me, that being said I’m glad Colton is a part of your team because any questions I have about supplements or even just health in general he is very knowledgeable and always gives me a well explained answer.
Lately I have been stuck at a plateau and not only did he take the time to help me put a stack together that will help me with my goals moving forward, he explained everything to a point where I could actually understand what each thing was doing for my body and how it will help me.
That’s the type of customer service that keeps people coming back! I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything I didn’t know about and I left with more knowledge than I walked In The door with. I’m already loving my new stack, and I cannot wait to smash these goals, my future goals and I’ll definitely be back for more !

They have Optimum Nutrition whey and casein powder, but they don't have creatine brand. I got their next best seller. I managed to save $45. I even got a free bottle. They have this scratch lotto system where you can get free stuff and save money. Make sure to always ask for promos and deals to save money. I will come again once my stock runs out. Invest into your health, folks! It's the best decision you will ever make. It will allow you to make sharper decisions and improve your overall quality of life.

The staff that I've experienced from Manitoba all the way to Surrey have all been kind, informative and non-judgmental.
Its the same consistent service of them wanting to help and ensure that you're getting the right product for your fitness journey that has kept me coming back.
This location in particular has become my home store. The team here is great, always looking out for you.
There's never a feeling of pushing products, judt genuine recommendations.
Popeyes regularly has sales too, so, follow their Instagram for that.
I don't recall an accessibility entrance here, and there is no public washroom.
My only gripe is the parking lot, I have no idea what's going on here. Do I need to pay to shop? Do I not? What do I do ?
