The Popbars are delicious and I look forward to trying new flavours each time. So happy to have this gem in Winnipeg!

Also a very strange atmosphere, there was almost no lights on and no music (seemed like they were closed, but it was midday) usually not your typical ice cream shop vibe. Wouldn't go back

Looking to brighten up my day, I asked Kim what her favourite flavour was! With a bright smile, she said Lychee Lemonade. I knew I had to try it, I just had to! So I did, and it was the most fresh and luxurious piece of meal on a stick. It was so delicious, I had to order 3 more throughout the day. PROS • the only place in Winnipeg that serves phenomenal dipped ice cream flavors! • this time I got to try the Vietnamese coffee take for coffee with x event there going on right now and honestly they both became my new fave! • tons of flavors to choose from - you can even custom make your own! CONS • Parking lot is small - have to park on residential streets if you can't park in the small lot there BEST PLACE TO GET SPECIALIZED DIPPED ICE CREAM ! MUST EAT HERE!
