★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a house last year and the previous owners had a big dog that they didn't clean up after. One of the conditional agreements were that the poop had to be cleaned up. Moving day the poop wasn't cleaned up and there was an envelope with a 100 dollar gift card to poop n scoop. . After trying to reach her and numerous messages to return my call, I have only talked to her once and she said that she couldn't come to sylvan for a couple weeks. I asked if I could be reimbursed because this was to long to wait, she said no, as I was not the person who paid for it. Never use this "company" and buy a lottery ticket if you actually manage to get ahold of her
