My sidewalks, front stairs, and concrete back pad were becoming an issue for me. The sidewalks were sloping toward the house. the stairs coming away from the house, and the back pad was cracking because it was being undercut by water. Ryley and Russell the technicians that worked with me quickly ascertained the lay of the land, confirmed with me, and got down to business. They were quick, careful, and displayed an attention to detail that is hard to find when contracting out. I felt as if they were treating my project as if it was their own. The results were impressive. The stairs returned to their original position, my walks now sloped properly, and my back pad re-sloped and sealed against the elements. There is a small but significant Coda to my experience. My LWD (little white dog) decided to make some significant alterations to the applied sealant in the back. I wound up with paw-prints in several locations. I called PolyLevel to see what could be done. A crew was dispatched the very same day and repairs were swiftly effected, at no additional cost. Amazing. Polylevel, in my case, did the project right the first time and stood behind their work 100% and went above and beyond when it came to incidental dog damage. I had Polylevel out to do three different projects. They levelled my breezeway pad, lifted one side of the garage pad which levelled a wall and squared up my garage door, and lifted a portion of my driveway. I had issues with water migrating to areas where it did not belong and they have solved the issues. It is a noticeable difference in a very old concrete install that had sunk over the years. Communication throughout the process was excellent, the technicians would confer and explain their plans and how the job was progressing. While they ran into complications throughout the process they were persistent and got the project done in a safe and professional manner. My thanks to Q (cool handle for his name) and Craig for all the work they have done. They worked steady until the work was complete and I'm very satisfied, once again thanks guys.

We got 3 quotes for driveway lifting. These guys were competitively priced and had good reviews on google so we hired them. I'm glad we did! They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. Bradon was so great to deal with when getting our quote, going over the product, process of the work and providing great options and also reasonably priced. Ryley and Jon completed the work on lifting and sealing my driveway to meet up with my garage pad, side and front sidewalk and they were so friendly, helpful and answered all questions I had throughout the process and also let me watch the process as well. I have to admit I didn't know much about concrete leveling but I got a few quotes and these guys have the best warranty and quote presentation. I had them out to level my garage pad and I was blown away at how good of a job they did. I didn't think they would get anywhere near level as it was busted in about 8 pieces but they did a fantastic job and got the whole pad so close to the original position. We were searching around for a company to repair our migrating concrete driveway pad, walkway and front door steps. Dan from PolyLEVEL came out and gave us a free estimate, Dan explained everything in their process, including different concrete repair options and also other restorative options including concrete sealing. After watching some videos and listening to Dan's detailed presentation of the differences between polyleveling vs mud jacking, we chose polyleveling for the less invasive procedure and also for the long term stability of poly over mud jacking. On the day of the repair, Jeric and Russel showed up early and introduced themselves, they explained the process to be completed and within minutes they were fixing things up for us. The entire job was completed in approximately an hour. As you can see from the attached before and after photos, the crew did a fantastic repair job, our driveway and steps look great once again. We contacted this company due to the very positive reviews they received. Good reviews DO matter whenever we hire anybody for any type of work. We were not disappointed when we hired PolyLEVEL. Communication is very important to us and this company does an excellent job with this. It began with Dennis the estimator. We received a call from him as soon as we contacted the company, he made an appointment with us right away, contacted us half an hour prior to getting here and arrived exactly on time. This showed us respect right from the start and as a result we accepted his quote immediately. We knew we were in good hands from that moment. Q and Jon were the technicians we had the pleasure of dealing with. They were also excellent at communicating with us throughout our entire dealings with them. They were very professional, thorough in explaining their process, diligent, courteous, respectful and when they ran into mechanical issues they apologized for the delay and were right back at it in a very short time. We hired PolyLEVEL to level our concrete veranda which had sunk over time. This same repair was done with mud jacking about 10 years ago with a different company but we decided to go with this process instead because the mud jacking did not perform well for us at all and our veranda sunk pretty quickly and drastically over the years. The other difference between mud jacking and this technique is that the mud jacking left pretty significant holes and patches on our veranda in comparison to the much less intrusive method used by this company. Due to all the factors I mentioned above, I do not hesitate to highly recommend this company.
