T	Troy Cressman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two years delaying and the anxiety over my vasectomy was far worse than the actual procedure! The staff at the New Westminster Pollock clinic was friendly and professional. You will be at the office for about an hour and the procedure takes less than ten minutes (I wasn’t timing but probably 5-7 mins). The procedure was pain free – you don’t really feel anything just a slight flick for the freezing. The nervousness in my head before and during the procedure is what caused the discomfort. The day of the procedure I took it easy and was tired after. I am glad that it is over and wish I hadn’t been so anxious before. If you have been thinking about a vasectomy and are ready this is the place to go!

I would never recommend this especially Dr. Pollock we went there for my son consultation 199$ he check my son and said come back next year or maybe when is ready! He was so rude and he did not explain to us the reason and what can we do and how to get ready! Consultation only take 5 minutes and done! We even pay 199$ waste money for nothing! Now my son is scared about his experience he does not want to get the surgery.
F	Fayaz Saeed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my son’s circumcision procedure conducted by Dr. Chang at Pallock Clinic in Vancouver. My experience is one I’ll describe as being bitter in that my very first encounter with the administration team was unpleasant. They were extremely rude and did not account for the crowded location of their clinic. They went on to demand I appear at their clinic within 10 minutes of appointment time when all I was doing is battling to get parking in order to make it for my appointment. In fact, they went on to threaten that they would have to rebook the appointment which would lead to them finding me in the amount equal to the value of the procedure. Things got worse when we walked into the clinic. They went on to demand that my wife should leave the clinic altogether while no one was present and the seating area was completely empty, being inconsiderate of the fact that she had just given birth and the pains she would be going through all together. She resorted to waiting outside the clinic in the lobby in case She was required, which was quite uncomfortable. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone so to speak, and would urge medical professionals out there to consider specializing in this area that way people like us have more options to consider.

The nurses and Doctor Chang were sympathetic, reassuring, and accessible which is unfortunately not often not part of a medical experience. I would highly recommend Pollock clinics to other parents.

Doing all of the follow up via email was extremely convenient too. Saved us another long drive to New West but we had the peace of mind knowing that everything was healing ok!

They provided amazing boxers and the nurse who prepped me was simply the best. I would recommend Pollock Clinic to anyone. I look back on my experience with joy!
J	Jim Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Pollock for PRP consultation a couple of months ago. Fee was $50 and I was assured that Dr. P would be there. I was explained that my scalp would be examined to see if I was a good fit. So, when I got there, no doctor, just a very young nurse who looked at be from the her chair 2 metres away, and said, yes you're a good candidate, do you want to book now, etc? I asked a few questions and got answers I already knew. So I paid $50 for...nothing, really. I called around to other places. I have been assured there is no cost for a consultation and guess what? A little less expensive than Pollock Clinics. Smaller organizations, but reputable. As an update. Dr Pollock called me personally to apologize and explain that this did not meet his expectations of service from his employees. In addition he offered to make this right.
K	Kingfarathor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there are amazing very helpful and super kind, Dr.Chang is amazing and the procedure for the Vasectomy was super quick. It was painless felt left a flick and that was it. After words they even gave me a juice box and free pair of boxers for the man berries. I'm telling all of you those who are thinking about it and are nervous don't be it's was super fast. I'm on day two now and don't feel sore or anything but recommend no sports, lifting anything and any strenuous activities as recommended. Just kick up your feet, relax, play a video game and or watch TV. Thank you to the Staff and to Dr.Chang for taking such great care of me.
