I will definitely buy my next Acura here again. Happy to finally have the Coveted Policaro plate covers on my suv.

I inquired about a specific car while I was browsing online and received an email offering to book an appointment to test drive the car. I was connected to Jon-Michael right away and he brought me outside to look at a few different options. Jon-Michael was a very honest and informative salesman. As a first time car buyer and also being a female, I knew absolutely nothing and Jon-Michael assisted me in every way possible. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensured that I was fully taken care of by all staff involved in my car purchase. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service at this location and I am VERY happy with my Acura RDX A-Spec!! Definitely recommend Jon-Michael to anyone!

My husband and I had been shopping around for a while looking for the perfect vehicle and had been to many Acura dealerships but Policaro definitely stood out from them all. Customer service was exceptional and very personable. We felt welcome and were treated as people instead of a number. From start to finish the process was smooth and always well communicated as to what steps were next. Luca was a pleasure to deal with and the Service Manager Samson was also very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend Policaro Acura and definitely worth the drive!

Finance manager guy named @LUCA helped me a lot during the process and got me approved for the loan amount and helped me in all ways he can do . The sales representative Joshua Nojadera who assisted me in picking the vehicle understood my needs and catered to them to the very last details. He was professional, kind and friendly and made the process so much easy and enjoyable.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him, if anyone in the area is looking to buy a vehicle. Great job Joshua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at Policaro, it is not my first Acura though, I purchased in the past at a dealer in Mississauga and honestly I can say sales personnel (Jon-Michael) did a great job giving us all the options and the best deal we could have gotten. I had done my work and had a quotation from my dealer in Mississauga which Policaro was able to beat. Very professional approach and a great purchase experience. Definitely looking forward to do more business in future, keep it up Jon-Michael!
