She's attentive to my limitations and provides friendly guidance. I feel comfortable trying tricks I've been wanting for years, but never had the courage to try. I genuinely trust Paula's guidance and support. Thank you for creating such a wonderful dance space. I can't wait to continue training with you!

Pole is a fabulous sport, workout and creative force. I would highly recommend trying a class male, female, adult or child. I brought her a young Autistic child in my care and it was truly remarkable to see her skill and compassion as a teacher. Keep shining Bella, the world badly needs more you.
