J	Joel Reimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming! As soon as I walked into Poke Fresh, I felt like I was visiting a friend I had known a while. I was greeted the moment I walked into the door and invited to friendly conversation. Everything was clean and organised and well presented. The menu is well thought out, easy to read, and nice to look at. All of the specialty bowls sounded fantastic but I decided to go with the 'Broke da Mouth' for my first experience here. The staff made the bowl right there behind the glass with fresh ingredients, each topping adding another beautiful and delicious looking accent to the bowl. The process was very fun to watch and efficient so I didn't have to wait long for the food. The bowl looked so good I almost felt bad starting to eat it, but when I did I wasn't disappointed. FANTASTIC! Every bite better then the last. Perfect textures, well thought out flavors, each complimenting the last. I have been to a fair amount of Poke places, and this is my favorite for sure! Overall a very good experience and I can't wait to go back for more!

The only feedback is that the employees seem a little unsure of themselves...training, new on the job?. It would be better if you quickly walk the customer through the build the bowl steps and move the line through faster. Other than that best Poke Bowl so far. Part 2 Oct 12 Great again. The staff needs training? still same...a little unsure. Otherwise pleasant and welcoming.

Placed an online order today but the system was down and order disappeared; no worries it happens. The rep was very apologetic and quickly redid my order again (even though I’m sure she was quite busy with other orders) and offering extras for free; made up for the inconvenience. The food itself was a hidden gem. Everything was super fresh and flavours balanced nicely. Portions were generous, enough to have the other half for dinner. Thus the value you get is amazing. I will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu, well done.
f	fanny bohec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Bonanza Bowl and my partner another bowl from the menu and the Pokes got no taste. It's more a salad.. And they poorly add some salmon .. I'm never going back there. I recommend Poke Island it is more tasty and they are more generous !

A	Alisha Curry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The marinated tofu was just like another person said…. Not good at all. It was SUPER salty and almost not edible. The presentation was nice though. But I couldn’t really taste the sauce that they put on top. So it was just bites of a salty dish. I ate a quarter of it and couldn’t handle it. And maybe add a little rice at the bottom? I love cooking and food, but definitely not worth the money I spent. Sorry guys. Maybe other dishes are better?
p	private orchard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poke Fresh is the best Poke spot on Vancouver Island. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the food is incredibly Fresh. I usually go with a Custom Poke bowl with extra tuna (for only $1.50 more.) The portions are huge to a point that my take away lid could barely close. You should go.
