★ ★ ★ ★ ★ je ramène la voiture pour un alignement, il me sort sa a près 1h30 pour me dire qu il y a un lousse de Ball joint alors ils peuvent pas me faire un alignement il me charge pareil 90$ pour rien.
Jeté voir un autre garage tout à été faite à merveille, en plus je ramene avec moi deux roue pour me les faire installer, il m instale sa sans vérifier la pression d air dedans, mes indicateur de crevaisons clignoter tout au long j ai failli scrapper mes mags, vraiment service nulle, du profilage, plus jamais de la vie je irai la encore

Ayant refusé, elle racroche au nez et quand je rappelle, son collègue dit que j'ai manqué de respect à sa collègue. je ne pense pas que je vais revenir chez les gens qui ne considèrent pas leur client ou qui les traitent comme comme du torchon. Je suis désolé c'est une déception

Les règles d’usage et de savoir-vivre particulièrement importante dans le service à la clientèle semble faire défaut à cette dame ! Simplement sourire et regarder les gens à qui on s’adresse peut faire toute la différence surtout quand on leur déballe une liste de réparation à faire sur leur véhicule… première et dernière fois malheureusement seulement basé sur la qualité du service à l’accueil. Le service du conseiller qui m’a répondu en premier était impeccable dommage que toute la transaction n’ai pas été fait avec lui.
